Business Navigators launch ILM programmes in Geneva

Geneva is stunning, but that’s not the only reason we chose it as the host city for the launch of our Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) programmes. As one of the most dominant business arenas in the world, Geneva is home to hundreds of international and multi-national companies.

This beautiful city has the ideal characteristics to demonstrate to potential markets and sectors the benefits that Business Navigators and the ILM programmes can offer. In short, it represents the very essence of Business Navigators and excellence we deliver worldwide.

As a company, we’ve delivered ILM endorsed programmes for more than five years. During that time, we’ve discovered a significant demand for the results the courses can produce, as well as the specific skills that can be developed through the programmes. This made the idea of becoming a fully accredited centre a massive benefit for our clients.

The launch started off with some brief sightseeing, despite some poor map reading skills. Then, we made our way to the presentation.

During the presentation, a variety of consultants talked about a wide range of current topics. And it didn’t take us long to discover that change is at the forefront of most corporations’ policies. We identified that many participants could benefit from the ILM courses to strengthen and ensure the constant implementation of the changes that they had made.

As an example, many attendees had changed teams within their organisations. We helped them understand how our unique techniques could help develop those teams and achieve targets, even if they had not worked together previously, or it had been scaled down.

The flexibility of Business Navigators’ offering enabled participants already thinking about change to understand how ILM programmes can help them implement and manage it. It also made it possible for us to identify companies looking for change. We tailored the presentation to show how the ILM programmes can be embedded within their environment.

The positive responses we received during and after the presentation were fantastic. It clearly demonstrated that the programmes offered by Business Navigators are relevant and current to organisations.
