Over the past three months Business Navigators has delivered development workshops around delivering client relationship excellence to over 130 participants in Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Hong Kong, Tunisia and many others as well as across the UK. The courses have been delivered to multicultural participants who represent all levels of client relationship responsibility/accountability in group sizes of eight to twenty-five. Each course was tailored after in depth to the point consultation. As Business Navigators has been away we are welcoming ourselves back by offering some of the content that has been developed by us and used in the most recent courses.
